ORIGIN OF THE OILS OR FATS POSSIBLY USED:
For the elaboration of our fryer dishes, we have used sunflower oil, high oleic.
For the preparation of our dishes cooked in iron or pan or simply seasoned, we have used extra virgin olive oil.
Some of our dishes are considered celiac only because of the accompanying garnish, they may also contain traces of allergens unintentionally, as a result of cross contamination in transport operations or processing of products not declared on the label.
